From there, we will craft a survey customized to your exact organization. Culture audits can be completed for an entire organization, and collection of sections or departments of the organization, or even a single section, department, or program.
When the culture audit is completed for an entire organization, the survey, analysis and results and provided for both the lower level section/departments as well as collectively for the entire organization. In this way, the results for individual sections/departments can be compared between the relevant elements as well as against the overall organization.
Individual responses and summary results of the cultural audits are anonymous and are not traceable to a single employee or member of the organization.
We recognize that not every organization needs the same type of audit. Some organizations only need the results briefed at the overall organization level. Other organizations may desire for the results to be briefed at multiple section and/or department levels. Additionally, some organizations will require supplemental interviews, focus groups, and investigations due to problems having been found. Due to these varying needs, we offer four different audit packages that can be matched to the specific needs of the organization.
Once you have decided to have a culture audit completed, use our Request a Proposal page to select the type of audit you wish. This is only a Request for Proposal, not an actual procurement of the services. Once we receive your Request for Proposal, we will provide a full proposal clearly indicating the details of the proposed culture audit, the timeline for completion, and the proposed costs. From there, you can finalize the procurement action and issue a purchase order for the requested culture audit service.
Completion of a cultural audit has some very significant implications for the audited organization.
